Last-mile delivery vehicles idling in traffic gridlocks emit tons of unnecessary carbon while burning through delivery margins. Working inside national logistics networks, I saw how hub locations and delivery routes were still being drawn using static boundaries rather than live traffic patterns and vehicle payload capacities. RouteGreen was built to calculate dynamic, carbon-optimized delivery paths for commercial electric and fuel fleets.
