I spent the weekend diving into the world of Generative AI! 🤖✨ While training a massive model from scratch is incredibly expensive, I've been experimenting with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to make existing LLMs smarter using custom datasets. It is absolutely amazing how a few lines of Python and LangChain can allow a model to "read" your PDF documents and answer questions about them accurately, with almost zero hallucinations.
